To place an order at KidTheFuture.org, you must be at least 18 years old or older.
Resellers are not permitted to place orders on our site. KidTheFuture.org is solely intended for Kid the Future to direct to end consumers.
How to Order
To place an order on our site, you will need an email address. You will also need to accept applicable cookies and pop-ups to enable the full functionality of our site in order to process and fulfill your order(s).
When you submit an order, we will send confirmation, shipping, and follow-up emails to properly communicate the status of your order.
The fulfillment of all orders on our site are subject to availability.
Orders may not be fulfilled by Kid the Future if:
- The product is not in stock
- Your billing information is not correct or unverifiable
- Your order is flagged for suspicious activity
- You are under the age of 18
- You are a reseller
- There was a pricing error on our website
- Your shipping information was not correct or unverifiable
- Your order could not be delivered to the shipping address you provided
- Natural disasters or events outside of our control (technical malfunctions, mail or package carrier error, etc.)
Accepted payment methods are provided by Shopify and are not under the control or management of Kid the Future. We do not accept payments beyond those listed on our site.
Your payment method will be deducted by the amount totaled at the end of your purchase. This may include product cost, shipping costs, taxes, and other applicable fees that were presented with your purchase at checkout.
The total price of your purchase(s) in the final check out screen will also be emailed to you. Depending on your payment method, your total purchasing price should also appear on your statement.
The prices of the products will be processed as they are displayed on our site unless an egregious error as occurred. Prices may change from time to time, but do not affect past purchases.
To ensure the best possible experience, Kid the Future partners with a third party to ship our orders.
Orders are not shipped on certain holidays due to carrier closures.
Orders that contain multiple items are usually shipped at the same time to provide a great experience for you and to reduce transportation pollution, but there may be times where split delivery is necessary due to availability or events outside of our control. We will make efforts to contact you regarding any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the shipment of your order.
In-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 4 business days.
Backordered items will be processed when they become available. You will be contacted via email.
You may cancel your order free of charge before your order is processed. Cancellations that occur after your order has been processed or shipped will be treated as a return.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a product that is defective or otherwise not what you expected, we will replace the item at no cost to you once your claim has been verified.
If you return an item because you selected an unintended color, size, or design, you may return the item(s) by covering the cost of shipping. Once an order has been returned and inspected, a full price refund will be issued to you using the payment method you selected.
Any item(s) that do not pass inspections or have been altered in any way by you are not eligible for a refund.
These shipping policies apply only to customers in the United States.
International customers should comply with their local and national requirements.
